All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Keno Sonic Interactive (Pty) Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by South African and international copyright law.

You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit any material from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Client logos, case study content, and portfolio items displayed on this Site are used with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed ZAR 1,000.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, specifically the courts of the Gauteng Division, Johannesburg.

Some products and services are listed on the Site with prices shown in South African Rand (ZAR). Any prices, packages, and availability shown are indicative and may change at any time. Listing a product or service on the Site is an invitation to enquire, not a binding offer to sell.

The Site does not provide online checkout and we do not collect or store card or payment details on it. To purchase, you submit a request through our contact form and, where we accept it, we send an invoice payable by electronic funds transfer (EFT). A binding agreement arises only once we confirm your order in writing.

We also offer free tools on the Site, such as our Lead Tracker (local ranking) tool. The results these tools produce are indicative estimates generated from third-party data (including Google services) and are provided for general information only. We do not warrant that they are accurate, complete, or current, and you should not rely on them as the sole basis for any business decision.
