What tools do you use for automation?+

We primarily build with HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, and Make (formerly Integromat), depending on your existing stack and requirements. We're not tied to one platform: we recommend what fits your business, not what we prefer to work with.

Do I need a CRM before we can start?+

Not necessarily. If you don't have a CRM, we'll recommend and set one up as part of the project. If you already have one, we'll work within it. The most common platforms we configure are HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and Pipedrive.

Can you automate existing workflows or do I need to start from scratch?+

We can automate existing workflows. We start with an audit of what you're currently doing manually and build automations around your existing process, improving and systematising it rather than replacing it entirely.

How do we know the automations are working after you're done?+

We set up monitoring, logging, and testing protocols before handover. Your reporting dashboard will show automation activity in real time. We also provide a post-launch support period and recommend an ongoing retainer for mission-critical workflows.
