A content strategy built to rank, not just to publish.

Most business blogs exist because someone said 'you should have a blog.' They're not built around what potential clients are searching for, they're not structured to rank, and they're not connected to any commercial outcome. We build content strategies from search data and connect every piece to a buyer intent.

The problem

Publishing content that no one searches for doesn't generate organic traffic. Publishing content that people search for but that isn't structured to rank generates impressions without clicks. Most SME blog strategies fail at one or both of these points, which is why most business blogs have high time investment and near-zero commercial return.

The result

A content strategy built from search data typically generates consistent organic traffic growth within three to six months, with each piece compounding on the last. Articles written to answer specific buyer questions at the consideration stage convert significantly better than generic industry content.

What's included

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

Search Demand Audit

Identifying what your target buyers are actually searching for at the awareness and consideration stages, using keyword data, question research, and competitor content analysis.

Pillar and Cluster Architecture

A content structure where broad pillar pages capture high-volume terms and specific cluster articles capture long-tail variations, with internal links between them reinforcing topical authority.

Content Calendar (3 months)

A 12 to 16 article calendar covering pillar, cluster, and conversion-intent pieces, with target keyword, search volume, and commercial intent noted for each article.

First Two Articles (Written)

Two complete articles to the target brief, including SEO-optimised headline, subheadings, body copy, meta title, meta description, and internal link recommendations.

Brief Template for Ongoing Production

A reusable article brief template for ongoing content production, whether in-house or outsourced, that maintains the keyword and structure standards from the strategy.

Monthly Performance Review

GA4 organic traffic by landing page, keyword ranking movements for published articles, and recommendations for what to write next based on what's gaining traction.

Who this is for

Businesses with a website that gets some organic traffic but hasn't invested in structured content. Also relevant for businesses launching a new service or category and needing content that generates awareness before demand-capture channels become efficient.

Especially valuable for professional services and health businesses where potential clients research extensively before making a decision.

Not right for you if

You want one-off articles without a strategy. Individual articles without a connecting structure don't build topical authority and typically rank for very few terms. A strategy is the minimum viable investment for content to perform.

Works best alongside

SEO

Content strategy requires a technically healthy site to build on. The Technical SEO engagement runs first if there are underlying crawl or indexation issues.

Website Copywriting

SEO content and conversion copy serve different roles. This engagement builds awareness and consideration traffic; website copywriting converts that traffic once it arrives.

eCommerce SEO

Retail brands benefit from category-level blog content supporting their category pages. The two engagements reinforce each other.

FAQ

Common questions about SEO Content & Blog Strategy.

How long before content starts ranking?+

New content from a site with existing authority can rank within 30 to 60 days. For sites with limited existing authority, 90 to 120 days is more realistic. The compounding effect becomes visible from month three onwards.

Do you write the ongoing content, or just the strategy?+

Both options are available. The strategy and first two articles are included in the base engagement. Ongoing article writing is available as a monthly add-on: we brief, write, and optimise each piece.

How is SEO content different from the blog posts we write ourselves?+

SEO content is written to a specific keyword brief, structured for Google's content requirements, and internally linked to reinforce topical authority. Most self-published business blogs don't follow this structure, which is why they generate traffic but not rankings.
