We just launched our app : is it too early to run campaigns?+
It depends on your objective. For install campaigns, you can start immediately. For in-app action campaigns (which produce better-quality users), you ideally want at least 50 conversion events per week before switching the optimisation target : otherwise the algorithm doesn't have enough data. We'll tell you which campaign type is appropriate for where you are now.
Do you also manage App Store Optimisation (ASO)?+
ASO : optimising your Play Store or App Store listing for organic discovery : is adjacent to but separate from paid campaign management. We can advise on ASO fundamentals (keyword placement in your app title and description, screenshot design standards) but our core focus is paid acquisition. We'll refer you to a specialist if a full ASO engagement is warranted.
Can you run App campaigns on Meta as well as Google?+
Yes. Meta App Install campaigns run across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta's Audience Network. For most South African consumer apps, Google and Meta campaigns complement each other : reaching different audience segments and driving installs from different contexts. We manage both from a single campaign strategy.
