A complete, objective picture of your digital position before a rand is spent.
Before committing budget to any channel, you need an honest, data-backed view of where you currently stand. Most businesses have more going wrong than they realise, and most audits bury the issues in jargon. Ours surfaces what matters, ranks it by impact, and tells you what to fix first.
The problem
Most businesses that have been operating digitally for a year or more have accumulated layers of outdated configuration, disconnected tracking, and structural issues that quietly suppress results. You can spend more on ads and see the same poor return, because the underlying infrastructure is broken.
The result
Every audit we complete surfaces at least one critical issue that has been directly suppressing performance, often something fixable within a week. The report includes a three-tier priority list so you're never overwhelmed about where to start.
What's included
Everything you need. Nothing you don't.
Website Technical Audit
Core Web Vitals performance measurement, crawl error identification, indexation issues, canonical tag problems, schema markup gaps, and mobile usability checks.
Google Business Profile Audit
Completeness score, category selection review, review velocity analysis, Q&A completeness, photo quality check, and citation consistency across directories.
Paid Account Audit
Campaign structure review, wasted spend identification, Quality Score assessment, conversion tracking verification, and audience health check across all active accounts.
SEO Visibility Audit
Keyword ranking footprint, organic traffic trend from GA4, and content gap analysis against the top three ranking competitors for your primary terms.
Social Presence Audit
Platform completeness, engagement rate benchmarks against industry averages, ad account health check, and follower quality assessment.
Priority Report
A written report with three-tier priority list: fix now (blocking issues), fix next (performance drags), fix later (optimisation opportunities), plus a one-page executive summary with time and cost estimates for each tier.
Who this is for
Businesses that have been operating digitally for 12 months or more and feel results have plateaued, or budget is being spent without clear ROI.
Also useful for businesses preparing to engage an agency and wanting an objective baseline first: an audit gives you the data to evaluate proposals critically rather than accepting them on faith.
Not right for you if
You launched less than six months ago. With limited data history, an audit surfaces setup issues rather than performance patterns. At the six-month mark, the data is meaningful enough to act on.
Works best alongside
The audit is the natural starting point for any strategy engagement. Most clients use the findings to inform which strategy components to prioritise.
Paid account audits frequently surface structural issues in existing Google Ads campaigns. We fix what we find and rebuild from there.
The SEO visibility and technical audit components feed directly into an SEO engagement scope.
Industry fit
Professional Services →
Practice areas with historically inconsistent digital setup benefit most from a baseline audit before any spend is added.
Health & Wellness →
Many practices have fragmented digital presence across old websites, Google Business Profiles, and disconnected booking systems. The audit identifies every gap.
Retail & eCommerce →
eCommerce stores accumulate technical debt fast. The audit surfaces speed issues, crawl errors, and tracking gaps that suppress both organic and paid performance.

FAQ
Common questions about Digital Presence Audit.
How long does the audit take?+
Three to five working days depending on account access. We need admin access to Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite before we start. The report is delivered as a PDF with a walkthrough call included.
Do I need to have all channels active to get value from this?+
No. If you're only on Google Ads and have a website, the audit still delivers the website, paid account, and Google Business Profile sections. We audit what exists and note what's absent.
What happens after the audit?+
The audit is a standalone deliverable. Some clients act on the recommendations themselves; others engage us to fix what we found. There's no obligation to continue, but most do because the priority list gives us a shared, objective starting point.
